With COVID-19, or coronavirus, affecting people all over the world, we are taking preventative steps to ensure our team and our customers are as safe as possible when coming into our dealership. 

Our Efforts At Our Dealership

Our well-trained cleaning staff will increase the frequency of cleaning high-touch areas such as tables, desks, door knobs, phones, shuttle vans, lobbies, restrooms, and more. Our goal is to ensure every high-risk surface in our building is being cleaned as frequently as possible so we can stop the spread of this virus. 

We are also implementing more hand sanitizing dispensers around the building for quick and easy access, as well as mandating any team members to stay home if they feel like they are coming down with symptoms related to COVID-19. We are taking our cues from the World Health Organization and Center for Disease Control and will update our practices accordingly to any new information that comes out.

The goal at Vehicles Direct Cleveland is to ensure that car buying and car service are made convenient and easy. If you can’t come to our dealership for whatever reason, you can still purchase a car from us entirely online. We will even deliver it right to your driveway for no extra charge.
